Products can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 7 days following the product delivered date.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original true dawg tags attached and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, true dawg will issue a refund to the selected method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (True Dawg is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
