After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include your invoice, Order Number and detailed information about your purchase.
We aim to process every order within 2-5 business days. Orders placed before (11 AM) may begin processing the same day, while those placed after (11 AM), on weekends, or holidays will start processing the next business day. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You may cancel your order any time before it enters the processing stage. Once your order has been marked as completed and prepared for shipping, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return your order for a refund once you have received it. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
